Fong Yuen Enterprise Services has nominated Mr. Chung Ming Fai as the company secretary of the company; and the company authorized representative (subpoena agent) representing the company in Hong Kong, China under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to accept legal process documents and notices, effective from December 14, 2023.
