智通财经APP获悉，KFM金德(03816)跌超20%，截至发稿，跌20.51%，报0.31港元，成交额103.47万港元。

消息面上，KFM金德公布，Massive Force向KIG Real Estate出售公司4.5亿股，总代价1.35亿港元，完成后，KIG Real Estate将持有公司股本75%，须按例提强制性全购要约，每股现金价0.3港元，较上交易日(1日)收报折让23.08%。同时，公司向KIG Real Estate收购金德精密70%股权，代价1.68亿港元。
