(CSE: SENS) (the "Company" or "Sensor") is pleased to announce that, further to its press releases of June 30, 2023, the Company has received conditional approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") with respect to the Company's proposed change of business from a technology issuer to an investment issuer.

Final approval for the proposed change of business is conditional on the Company fulfilling the following conditions, among others:

the completion of any and all outstanding CSE application documentation and payment of applicable fees.
