Perth, Australia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 27, 2023) - Tempus Resources Ltd (ASX: TMR) (TSXV: TMRR) (OTC Pink: TMRFF) ("Tempus" or the "Company") would like to announce Mr. Jonathan Shellabear, Mr. Anthony Cina and Mr. Colin Russell have decided not to stand for re-election and retire as Directors at the Company's next Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 29 November 2023.

The Company is now taking advice on the actions required to appoint new directors at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Shellabear, Mr. Cina and Mr. Russell for their contributions to the Company and wish them well for their future endeavours.

The Company also refers to its announcement on 27 October 2023, and wishes to withdraw Resolutions 2, 4 and 7 from the Agenda of its Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 November 2023. Resolutions 2, 4 and 7 relates to the re-election of Mr. Russell, Mr. Shellabear and Mr. Cina respectively as Directors of the Company. The withdrawal of Resolutions 2, 4 and 7 from the Annual General Meeting does not affect proxy forms already submitted in respect of the other resolutions to be presented to the Annual General Meeting.
