裕程物流（08489）发布公告，由于公司与安永会计师事务所（安永）未能就截至2023年12月31日止财政年度（2023财政年度）的建议审核费用达成协议，安永应董事会要求已辞任公司核数师，自2023年11月16日起生效。
根据审核委员会的建议，董事会已议决委任天职香港会计师事务所有限公司（天职）为公司新任核数师，自2023年11月16日起生效，以填补安永辞任后的临时空缺。天职将任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
