According to the Zhitong Finance App, Kuaiyi Intelligence (08040) released interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group achieved profit of HK$153 million, an increase of 46.12% over the previous year; the company owners accounted for a loss of HK$3.276,000, a decrease of 50.33% over the previous year; and a loss of HK0.96 cents per share.

Revenue from renovation projects during the period was approximately HK$118 million, an increase of approximately 100.1% over the previous period of approximately HK$58.8 million. This increase was mainly due to increased revenue from a number of large-scale renovation projects located in Wong Chuk Hang Road, Jordan, Tai Wo Ping, Pun Shan District and Lantau Island. These large-scale renovation projects were acquired after the first phase and contributed a total revenue of approximately HK$68.1 million during the period.
