東銀國際(00668.HK)公布，由公司透過東盈投資擁有77.58%的合營公司東葵融資租賃之直接全資附屬東銳，將於一年期限內，向重慶茂同提供融資，保理本金額為4,000萬元人民幣(約4,280萬港元)，年利率11厘，由重慶茂同的保理客戶向重慶茂同分配的應收賬款作抵押。
重慶茂同已償還先前保理貸款之全部未償還本金額及利息。重慶茂同主要從事建築相關業務、市政公用工程設計及施工、電力設備安裝、設計與施工；及消防設備工程設計與施工。
