On September 22, 2023, Qeeka Home Technology (01739) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Qihong, and Shanghai Qijia entered into a Qihong recommendation service agreement. Shanghai Qijia will cooperate with several building materials and housewares suppliers to sell customized building materials and furniture kits to end customers recommended by Shanghai Qihong. As a return for the recommendation services provided by Shanghai Qihong, Shanghai Qijia will pay commission to Shanghai Qihong.

As of the year ended December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2024, the annual maximum and benchmark amounts receivable by Shanghai Qihong under the Qihong recommendation service agreement are RMB 200,000 and RMB 400,000, respectively.

As a result of this merger, as of the year ended December 31, 2023, the total commission receivable by Shanghai Qihong and Shanghai Boruosen under the Qihong recommendation service agreement and the Boruosen recommendation service agreement, respectively, is RMB 3.2 million.
