中國新城市(01321.HK)公布，為尋求其他事業發展，余致力已辭任公司秘書及財務總監職位，並已不再擔任聯交所上市規則授權代表，及公司條例授權代表，由今日(15日)起生效。
董事會進一步宣布，林才賀已獲委任為財務總監、公司秘書、上市規則授權代表及公司條例授權代表，以接替余致力，自同日起生效。
