金威医疗（08143）发布公告，联交所GEM上市委员会已就于股份合并生效后已发行及将予发行的合并股份以及于行使合并优先股所附带的转换权时而将予发行的合并股份上市及买卖授出批准。由于股份合并的所有先决条件已获达成，股份合并将于2023年9月13日（星期三）生效。合并股份将于2023年9月13日（星期三）上午9时正（香港时间）在联交所开始买卖。
