德国经济评级再次被下调，此次是来自德国经济研究所。该机构将其对德国2023年的经济预期从6月份的萎缩0.2%下调至萎缩0.4%，将对2024年的经济预期从增长1.5%下调至增长1.2%。几天前，另一家机构IfW研究所便将自己对德国的经济预期从萎缩0.3%下调至萎缩0.5%。
德国经济研究所称，德国私人家庭消费低迷，以及出口疲软，是阻碍德国经济复苏的主要因素。该研究所总裁Marcel Fratzscher表示，由于冬季的衰退无法被缓慢的复苏所抵消，德国将成为今年唯一出现经济收缩的主要经济体。
