The group achieved total revenue of RMB 1,427 billion (same unit below), an increase of 164.67% over the previous year; profit attributable to company owners was RMB 82.197 million, a year-on-year decrease of 31.4%; profit per share was 1.62 points.

In the reporting period, the Group's contract sales volume was approximately $651.6 million, a decrease of about 49.4% over the same period of approximately $1,287.6 million. In the reporting period, the total contract sales floor area (gross floor area) was about 64,500 square meters, a decrease of about 52.7% over the same period of about 136,300 square meters.

The Group's strategy is to maintain an adequate land reserve portfolio to support the Group's own development projects over the next few years. As of June 30, 2023, the Group had high-quality land reserves with a total construction area of about 1,857,000 square meters, of which about 1,643 million square meters belonged to the company owners.
