According to Zhitong Financial App, Lishi Group Holdings (00526) announced that on August 30, 2023, Lishi Daily Necessities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a lease agreement with Delta for a period from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 to renew the 2022 lease agreement which expires on September 30, 2023. The property's monthly rent will be RMB 701,500.

According to reports, the property is located in 39,900 square meters of factory space and 10,759.49 square meters of office property at No. 518 Chengxin Road, Investment and Entrepreneurship Center, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, China.

The total rent payable to Delta during the entire tenancy period of the Leasing Agreement (October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023) of the Lease Daily Necessities will not exceed RMB 8,418,300.
