公告称，收益下降的主要原因为本期间公建建设业务的投资额下降所致。扭亏为盈的主要原因为2022年同期，该集团对采用权益法入账的联营公司确认纯亏人民币2.66亿元，及因经营环境变化终止确认递延所得税资产人民币2898.2万元，而本期间并不存在该等事项。
