One of the U.S. largest Retail REITs, Realty Income Corp (NYSE:O), disclosed an investment of around $950 million to acquire a stake in a joint venture that owns a 95% interest in the real estate assets of The Bellagio Las Vegas at a $5.1 billion valuation.
