Zhitong Financial App News, Fortune Bank financing shares (08452) issued an announcement that Feng Zhiwei resigned as an independent non-executive director because of his other work affairs, effective August 25, 2023. With effect from the effective date of his resignation, Mr. Feng will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee and a member of the company's nomination committee.

Upon the recommendation of the nominating committee, the board of directors shall appoint Tong Qiang as an independent non-executive director with effect from August 25, 2023.

Following the appointment, the Board resolved to appoint Mr. Wei as a member of the nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, and transferred to Liu Shengwen, an independent non-executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee, who has the appropriate professional qualifications as required by Rule 5.05 (2) of the GEM listing rules, as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
