智通财经APP讯，快意智能(08040)发布截至2023年6月30日止3个月第一季度业绩，收益约6604.8万港元，同比增长19.1%;公司拥有人应占期间亏损及其他全面开支212.2万港元，同比减少19.5%;每股亏损约为0.62港仙。
据悉，期间，装修工程的收益约5000万港元，同比增加约50%。此增幅乃主要由于位于黄竹坑道、大窝坪、大屿山、尖沙咀、佐敦及半山区的若干大型装修项目所贡献的收益增加。该等大型装修项目于上期后获得，并于期间贡献收益总额约3110万港元。
