据此，公司与配售代理相互协定终止配售协议，自2023年7月18日起生效，配售协议订约方在配售协议项下产生或与之有关的所有权利、利益、义务及责任将告终止及终结，且配售协议的任何订约方不得就配售协议所引致或相关的任何事宜向另一方索偿。
