Reclaims Global not aware what might have caused share price to surge

For the year ended Jan 31 2023, the company reported earnings of $2 million, down 58.9% y-o-y

Reclaims Global, in response to queries from the Singapore Exchange S68, says it is not aware of what might have caused its share price to nearly surge by half on Friday.

In addition, it is not aware of what related information not yet announced might have caused the surge, and that it believes it has complied with relevant listing rules.

On Friday, July 7, the company's share price surged 47.78% to close at 13 cents.

The company provides recycling and excavation services for the construction industry.

For the year ended Jan 31 2023, the company reported earnings of $2 million, down 58.9% y-o-y. Revenue in the same period was down 26,7% y-o-y to $26.8 million.
