All nominees listed in the Company's management information circular dated May 10, 2023, were duly elected as Directors of the Company, to hold office until the next annual meeting of the shareholders, with the results set out in the report of voting results filed prepared and filed by the Company on June 23, 2023 under the Company's SEDAR profile at .

At the Meeting, KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, was re-appointed as auditor of the Company to hold office until the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors.
