An overview of integration

It is a provider of financial services in Hong Kong, mainly providing securities trading services (including trading services and guaranteed financial information services) as well as placing and contracting services. The collection provides services to customers through Cafuda coupons, which are licensed for regulated activities in Hong Kong under categories 1 (Securities Trading), 4 (advice on Securities) and 9 (property Management).

The revenue from the collection mainly comes from (I) the provision of trading services; (ii) the provision of guaranteed financial information services; and (iii) the provision of placing and franchise services to customers. The collection also derives non-significant gains from the provision of monthly research reports and investment services to customers and the collection of contractual interest from clients who fail to settle transactions on time.

Negative factor

If the customer is in arrears or if the value of the securities collateral he or she is betting on is not sufficient to cover outstanding payments due to large fluctuations in the market, the market may have a major event.
