After companies listed in Hong Kong were shorted and their fixed increase was abandoned, $Sander Environment (SZ000826) $ made another wave — Controlling Humanities sold the company to Tsinghua Department for 7 billion yuan.

According to the announcement issued on April 11 by $Sander Environment (SZ000826), the four companies led by Enlightenment Technology Service Group, a subsidiary of Tsinghua Holding Co., Ltd., have transferred 29.8% of Sander Environment's shares held by Sander Group as strategic investors, and the actual controller of Sander Environment will change to Tsinghua Holdings; Sander Group is still the company's second largest shareholder, holding 15% of Sander Environment's shares. The transaction involved an amount of about 7 billion yuan and was the biggest deal in the mainland environmental market.

According to Tsinghua, the acquisition is “based on Tsinghua Holdings' development strategy, combined with the transformation and upgrading of the national industry, the company will vigorously develop the environmental protection business sector, use the listed company platform to effectively integrate environmental protection industry resources, achieve synergies in industrial development, and further enhance the competitive strength of listed companies.”
