The Development Group is the main contractor and subcontractor in Hong Kong, mainly providing (I) building construction services; (ii) alteration, addition, renovation and building services. And (iii) maintain and repair historic properties and provide services mainly to public customers, including government and semi-government entities, as well as private companies, while most of the revenue comes from selfish customers, accounting for about 75.3%, 85.6% and 85.6% and 87.7% of the total revenue for the three years ended March 2016 and the six months ended September 2016, respectively.
