McGree pointed out that Sunshine Real Estate Fund (0435.HK) increased by 22.3% to HK$0.176 per fund unit in the 11th fiscal year ending the end of June, which was better than the bank's expectations. In addition, the net asset value of each fund unit increased 21.2% to HK$5.21. It indicated that its basic operating conditions continued to improve, occupancy rates increased, and the main operating indicators were improving; it also pointed out that its dividend ratio reached 7.6, with a market account ratio of about 0.43 times. It reiterated that it outperformed the market rating, with a target price of HK$2.75.
Sunshine Real Estate rose 3.04% yesterday to close at HK$2.37.
