According to the Zhitong Finance App, Haiwang Interlong (08329) issued an announcement effective June 25, 2023: re-election of Zhang Feng and Huang Jianbo as executive directors, re-election of Zhang Yifei, Yu Lin and Jin Rui as non-executive directors, and re-election of Yi Yongfa, Pan Jiayang, and Zhang Jianzhou as independent non-executive directors.
