According to the Zhitong Finance App, ST Haiyue (600387.SH) announced that the company recently received the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau (“Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau”) Administrative Supervision Measures Decision ([2023] No. 36) “Decision on Issuing Warning Letter Measures against Haiyue Energy Group Co., Ltd., Tongchuan Huinengxin Energy Co., Ltd., Wang Bin, and Zeng Jia”.

After investigation, the company committed the following irregularities: untimely disclosure of the use of non-operating capital and inaccurate disclosure of financial information. The above acts violate relevant regulations; Wang Bin, chairman and financial director of the company, and Zeng Jia, general manager and secretary of the board of directors, bear the main responsibility for the above irregularities. According to regulations, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take separate administrative supervision measures against the company, Tongchuan Huineng New Energy Co., Ltd., Wang Bin, and Zeng Jia, which are the controlling shareholders of the company, by issuing separate warning letters.
