- NFI Group (OTCPK:NFYEF) has entered into an investment agreement with Coliseum Capital Management as manager of certain funds and accounts, current holder of 12.4% of NFI’s shares.
- Coliseum has agreed to subscribe for and purchase from the company an aggregate of 24.36M shares, on a private placement basis, at a subscription price of $6.1567.
- Gross proceeds to NFI of $150M.
- Net proceeds will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness under NFI’s existing credit facilities and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
- The private placement is expected to close on June 30, 2023.
