Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 13, 2023) - SuperBuzz Inc. (TSXV: SPZ) ("SuperBuzz" or the "Company"), announces that the Company and Jeffs' Brands Ltd. ("Jeffs' Brands") have mutually agreed to terminate the letter of intent (the "LOI") as announced in the Company's press release dated February 27, 2023. The Company has decided to concentrate on its current pipeline of deals as an agreement could not be reached with Jeffs' Brands.
