05:05 AM EDT, 03/31/2023 (MT Newswires) -- TC Biopharm (TCBP) said Thursday it has completed a $5.5 million public offering of American depositary shares and series C warrants to purchase ADSs.
The offering consisted of 3.4 million ADSs and series C warrants to purchase up to about 3.4 million ADSs at an exercise price of $1.75 per ADS, the company said.
