According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhuang's Agency International (00367) issued an announcement regarding Cedar Crystal Limited (seller) (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entering into a sales agreement with Migom Investments FZE (the buyer) for the sale of this asset.

On March 7, 2023 (UK time), the buyer failed to perform its responsibilities in accordance with the sales agreement relating to the sale. According to the terms of these agreements, the seller has cancelled these agreements and requested that the buyer's lawyer return the deposit held by the buyer along with bank interest to the seller.
