05:28 AM EST, 02/24/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Metalla Royalty & Streaming (MTA) said Thursday it has completed its purchase of a portfolio of royalties from Alamos Gold (AGI).
The company paid a stock consideration of 939,355 of Metalla common shares priced at about $5.3228 per share for the portfolio, which consists of one silver stream and three royalties.
