06:20 AM EST, 02/06/2023 (MT Newswires) -- CapitaLand India Trust's (SGX:CY6U) distribution per unit for the second half of 2022 increased by 9% to SG$0.0391 from SG$0.036 in the year-ago period.
Income available for distribution for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2021 came in at SG$50.6 million, an increase of 9% from SG$46.2 million a year earlier, according to an after-market filing on Monday.
Net property income for the period rose 6% year over year to SG$83.4 million from SG$78.5 million, while total property income rose 10% on year to SG$107.3 million from SG$97.4 million.
CapitaLand India Trust's committed portfolio occupancy improved to 92% from 87% last year, while the trust's assets under management stood at SG$2.5 billion as of Dec. 31, 2022.
