Chip Eng Seng subsidiaries bag $562m contract for Cross Island Line-Punggol Extension 

They will design and construct the Elias stations and tunnels under the CPe.

CES_SDC Pte. Ltd. and Chip Eng Seng Contractors, indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Chip Eng Seng Corporation, won the civil contract for the design and construction of Elias station and tunnels under the Cross Island Line-Punggol Extension (CPe).

The contract is valued at around $562m. 

According to the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the latest contract “completes the appointment of contractors for all four CPe stations.”

Construction works for the CPe Elias station and tunnels will start in the second quarter of 2023. LTA said passenger services in the station will likely commence in 2032.
