05:38 AM EST, 01/30/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Sembcorp Marine (SGX:S51) obtained approval in principle from the Singapore Exchange for its proposed acquisition of Keppel Offshore & Marine from Keppel (SGX:BN4).
The offshore energy engineering and support services specialist previously disclosed that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting this month to seek the approval of shareholders for the deal, according to a late Friday bourse disclosure.
