VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / January 25, 2023 / CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSXV:CTH) ("CoTec" or the "Company") announces that it has notified International Zeolite Corp. ("IZ") of its withdrawal from the previously announced proposed strategic investment ("Investment").
