01:54 AM EST, 01/18/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Clarity Medical Group (HKG:1406) will provide funds for the professional trustee of its share award plan, Tricor Trust (Hong Kong), to purchase shares of the company on the market, according to a Tuesday filing.
The shares will be bought at the prevailing market price and will be granted to participants under the share award plan.
Tricor Trust can purchase up to 10% of the shares in issue, or around 52.2 million shares.
Shares climbed 5% in recent trade.
