Hong Leong's US Listed Unit Carries Out Restructuring Exercise丰隆的美国上市公司进行重组活动
01:12 AM EST, 01/06/2023 (MT Newswires) -- China Yuchai International, the New York-listed unit of Hong Leong Asia (SGX:H22), carried out a restructuring exercise of its subsidiaries to consolidate its marine and power genset operations into a larger operating unit.
Under the exercise, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery's wholly owned unit Guangxi Yuchai Deyou Engine Systems and its 50%-owned unit MTU Yuchai Power were transferred to Guangxi Yuchai Machinery's wholly owned subsidiary Guangxi Yuchai Marine and Genset Power.
Guangxi Yuchai Machinery is the main operating subsidiary of China Yuchai International, according to a Thursday disclosure.
