Shangri-la Asia Unit Renews Hotel Management Contract for Shanghai Hotel香格里拉亚洲分部续订上海酒店的酒店管理合同
03:05 AM EST, 12/29/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Shangri-la Asia's (HKG:0069, SGX:S07) subsidiary Shangri-La International Hotel Management renewed its hotel management contract for the Kerry Hotel Pudong in Shanghai, China for another three-year term.
Accordingly, the contract, which was scheduled to expire on Jan. 5, 2023, will now run until Jan. 5, 2026, the dual-listed hospitality group said Wednesday.
All existing terms and conditions of the hotel management agreement will remain unchanged.
Shangri-la Asia's Hong Kong shares were down 1% in recent trade, while Singapore shares remained flat.
