04:36 AM EST, 12/01/2022 (MT Newswires) -- iFAST (SGX:AIY) increased its stake in Eagles Peak Holdings, which is the immediate holding company of iFAST Global Bank, to 89.51% from 85% for a consideration of 15.2 million British Pounds.
The Singaporean wealth management fintech platform used proceeds from a share placement carried out in January 2022 and bank borrowings to fund the capital injection, according to a Wednesday filing.
The company's shares were up 8% in recent trade.
