(TSXV: ENA) ("Enablence" or the "Company"), a supplier of optical components and subsystems, will hold a listen-in only webcast presentation and conference call of the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. EST, at the Toronto offices of Bennett Jones LLP.

Shareholders not in attendance in person at the Meeting may listen to, but not cast votes during, the conference call and webcast presentation of the Meeting. The Company would like to remind shareholders that their completed proxies must be received by no later than 10:00 a.m. EST on Monday, December 5, 2022.
