11:39 PM EST, 11/21/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Grand Banks Yachts (SGX:G50) will acquire a residential property in Florida in the US for $1.9 million, with a view to rezone the property to commercial use in the future.
Located at Stuart, Florida, the property is situated directly opposite to the company's USA headquarters. It has a land size of about 13,000 square feet, with a built-up area of 2,864 square feet.
The manufacturer of luxury motor yachts said the acquisition will help the company enlarge its footprint in the US, boost service abilities and generate additional revenue streams, according to a late Monday filing.
The transaction is expected to close on Dec. 12.
