10月24日，上海银行发布公告称，该行拟在全国银行间债券市场发行总额为人民币300亿元的“上海银行股份有限公司2022年金融债券”，本期债券发行起始日为2022年10月27日，发行期限为3年。
募集资金将用于满足发行人资产负债配置需要，充实资金来源，优化负债期限结构，落实国家政策导向，支持实体经济，支持房地产并购项目30亿元。
