Alma Gold Announces Private Placement
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 12, 2022) - Alma Gold Inc. (CSE: ALMA) ("Alma Gold" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units ("Units") of the Corporation at an issue price of $0.10 per Unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 (the "Offering").

Each Unit shall be comprised of one common share (each, a "Share") and one transferable Share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one additional Share of the Corporation at a price of CAD$0.15 for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
