Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 21, 2022) - Rritual Superfoods Inc. (CSE: RSF) (FSE: 0RW) (OTCQB: RRSFF) (the "Company'' or "Rritual"), announces that effective as of September 21, 2022, it issued 5,104,893 common shares of Rritual at a deemed issue price equal to the volume weighted average price of the common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange for the 20-trading day period ended September 15, 2022 being $0.012 per common share, to reduce an aggregate of $61,258.72 in indebtedness of the Company.
