Pagaya (PGY) shares sank 58%, after the company filed Monday a preliminary prospectus to offer more than 700 million Class A shares in primary and secondary offerings.

Aclarion (ACON) shares dropped 25%, adding to Monday's losses.

Neovasc (NVCN) shares declined 24%, following a small rise Monday.

Dawson Geophysical (DWSN) shares were down 24%, after climbing 9% Monday.
