12:05 AM EDT, 09/13/2022 (MT Newswires) -- China Yuchai International, the New York-listed unit of Hong Leong Asia (SGX:H22), said its step-down subsidiary, Vietnam Yuchai Machinery Services, ceased operations and was deregistered.
This follows the restructuring of China Yuchai's overseas business, according to a Monday bourse disclosure.
