(TSXV: UPI) ("UPI" or the "Company") announces today that it has granted an aggregate of 1,000,000 options to officers, directors and employees of the Company pursuant to the Company's amended and restated stock option plan. The stock options vest immediately, and may be exercised at a price of $0.10 for a period of three years from the date of grant. The grant of options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
