- In future both parties may continue to discuss the possibility of engaging in a business combination, there can be no assurance that those discussions will result in a transaction between Edoc and Calidi proceeding on the current terms of the Business Combination, if at all.
- As a result of the termination of the merger pact, Edoc intends to promptly begin simultaneously evaluating other possible business combination targets.
