DriveItAway acknowledges the delay in the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2022 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The delay has been the result of the complexity of the accounting for the acquisition and disposition of assets that took place during that fiscal quarter.
