Xigem Technologies Announces Cancellation of Stock Options
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 27, 2022) - Xigem Technologies Corporation (CSE: XIGM) (FSE: 2C1) ("Xigem" or the "Company"), a technology provider for the emerging remote economy, today announced that the Company has cancelled 1,225,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") pursuant to its Stock Option Plan. The Options had been granted between January and April 2022 to several of the Company's directors, officers, consultants and advisory board members.
